When it comes to the Pokemon "Stadium-Style" games, one of the bigger attractions is the ability to use your own Pokemon from the handheld games on the big screen. While this makes beating the game a lot easier, what if that wasn't an option? Today we're going to find out how easily you can beat Pokemon Battle Revolution with only rental Pokemon! In this video, Todd Ortscheid of GTL Real Estate talks about the actual move-out process. Here is a summary of the entire process:
1. A notice has to be given to terminate the lease 2 months prior, unless they are on a month-to-month lease.
2. A letter is going to be sent out a month prior to the termination of the lease. This is a letter from us to the tenant/s that explains how the move-out process works. The most important part of the letter is how to get the security deposit returned to the tenant.
3. About the same time as receiving the letter, we will put up a "for lease" or "for sale" sign and put a lockbox on the door, unless you already have a smart lock. While you are still in the property, we will notify you before showing the property, but we will start showing it. Thus, you have to make sure that you have your valuables locked up. As stated on the lease, you have to cooperate with us in showing the property.
4. Schedule your inspection. The letter will show the name and phone number of the leasing agent who's going to do your move-out inspection, so call up the agent and schedule the inspection. Keep in mind that you cannot do it after the last day of your lease, and it has to be done during business hours. Once we complete the inspection, we will prepare the move-out statement that lists everything that you are being charged for. Then within 30 days, we will send your refund check should you be receiving a refund. If you want to, you may request for the check to be expedited by just informing the leasing agent and paying the fee. If there will be charges on your move-out that exceed the amount of the security deposit, we will give you 7 days from the day we send the statement for you to make a payment or set up a payment plan.
